Yatinder Singh -- the Catalyst
I remember meeting Yatinder Singh, a few years ago, in his Gurgaon based gym, Otwo near Delhi. I was amazed with his knowledge and how much he knew about bodybuilding. And when he shared his story on how he became India's top bodybuilder, it left me in tears.
I presented Yatinder's story on my TG Talks Media, India's biggest fitness media platform. People loved him so much that he got more than one million views on Youtube. And why not, Yatinder's honesty reflects in what he says.
Yatinder Singh series
I started thinking about what we could do so that Yatinder Singh can share his treasure of knowledge with people. And then it struck me! We decided to make seven days transformation videos where Yatinder would transform me using the Ketogenic diet.
And I was right; people loved that seven-day series so much that they started asking Yatinder to make some videos on his workout and diet. And Yatinder decided to get active on his Youtube channel.
The Youtube channel
The way Yatinder Singh talks, it has an immediate connection with the audience. His ability to simplify the most complex workout techniques is what his forte is. And this is precisely what Yatinder Singh was doing on his Youtube channel.
People instantly loved his content and made his channel the fastest growing fitness channel on Youtube.
Top ranking bodybuilder
On the one hand, Yatinder Singh was putting out engaging content on Youtube; on the other, he was aggressively training for Mr. Asia bodybuilding competition. And it was no surprise for people, when Yatinder Singh won the coveted Mr. Asia title in 2018.
He had now done the impossible! The number one fitness YouTuber and the number one bodybuilder in the country.

I am no one to review any bodybuilder or his diet and workout plan. But going by what I see in this plan, I can tell you this is super cost-effective and extremely easy to follow.
Usually, bodybuilders recommend plans which can be challenging to follow. But this specific plan, anyone can follow and expect great results.
What I like about this plan is that it doesn't have any lean meat in it. There are many people in India, who can't afford meat, this plan will be a blessing in disguise for them.
I highly recommend this plan to anyone who is looking to gain muscle mass in a budget.
